Items can be returned within 7 daysof delivery if they're unused, in their original packaging, and not a final-sale item. Contact support before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of us receiving the returned item.
